Jim Bush is the CEO and Visionary of Weather Shield Roofing Systems, founded it in 1980. He's also the Managing Partner of Skydeck USA, founded it in 2017, as well as  Past Managing Partner of Advanced Green Architecture and Organizer of Grand River Bank in 2009.

Jim is an apprentice of Jesus Christ and a work in progress. His mission for the current decade of his life is to do the most important and impactful work of his career by living his passion to Serve, Lead, Teach and Inspire others to become all that they were created to be. He does this primarily by practicing and influencing others to practice business as blessing, doing leadership development in the Church, and teaching God’s Word in the church and community. His gifts are strategic leadership, management, organizational development, teaching, vision, influence, and grit.
